Your collection changes; your frame keeps up. Here is how the frame is built, and why any card comes out in a second.

Six layers, every one cut to your layout.

1. 01The frameNo glass in front.Black, white or oak, from 30×40 to 60×90 cm. Nothing sits between you and the cards, so there is nothing to open when you want to change one.
2. 02The passe-partoutOne window per card.A bevel-cut mat, exactly the layout you built in the composer. Every window is a touch smaller than a toploader, so the mat itself is what holds each card in place.
3. 03Your cardsIn the sleeves you already use.Standard 3×4 toploaders. Nothing is glued, taped or printed: each card stays as protected as it was in the binder.
4. 04The pocket boardThe part you never see.A hidden board with a pocket behind every window, five millimetres taller than the card. That headroom is the whole trick: lift a card into it and its top clears the mat.
5. 05The back sheetYour background.A coloured sheet behind the cards. Pick the tone that makes your collection stand out.
6. 06The backboardOne nail.Rigid and light. The whole frame hangs from a single nail and sits flat on the wall.

Questions

What is a card wall?

A framed grid of trading cards, each in its own bevel-cut window in an ivory mat, hung on a wall like a picture. You design the layout in the free composer; we build the frame to match.

Does it work with any trading card game?

Yes. The frame holds standard 63×88 mm cards in regular toploaders, which covers every major trading card game. The composer's card search is one catalogue today; the physical frame does not care what game a card is from.

Are the cards included?

No. You display cards you already own. Card artwork is never printed or reproduced, and the frame ships empty with numbered inserts matching your layout.

Can I change a card later?

Yes. Cards sit in toploaders behind the mat. Lift and tilt to swap any card, no tools, no glue, nothing touches the card itself.

What sizes and finishes are there?

Three frame sizes, each in portrait and landscape: 40×30 cm (2×4, 8 cards), 30×40 cm (3×3, 9 cards), 50×70 cm (5×5, 25 cards), 70×50 cm (4×7, 28 cards), 60×90 cm (7×7, 49 cards), 90×60 cm (5×10, 50 cards). Every size comes in black, white, wood.

Is the composer free?

Yes, completely. Design any layout up to 20×20, preview it in a realistic frame, download it as an image or share it with a link. Frames ship in the sizes above.

Where do you ship?

The first batch ships from France to the EU. Join the waitlist with the size and finish you want and you get first access when pre-orders open.
